After Bratz dolls were banned from being sold or produced after mattel wins court case

mattel designed toys ruled to be idea taken by MGA,Resulting in a ban on the production and sale of bratz.

according to wikipedia

"Association has expressed concern^[2] about the sexualization of the dolls' clothing and its effect on children.^[2] Since 2005 MGA Entertainment has been involved in a lengthy legal dispute withMattel over the rights to the Bratz design."
